Sevend6 Apparel Co is an online apparel retailer based in South Dakota. We design apparel that is produced on demand by third-party print and fulfillment partners.
2. Print on Demand Disclaimer
All products sold by Sevend6 Apparel Co are made to order. We do not hold pre-printed inventory.
Because of this model:
- Orders enter production within 2 hours and cannot be cancelled after that
- Print placement and colors may vary slightly from mockup images (up to 0.5" variance is normal in POD)
- Garment colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and production batches
This on-demand model is intentional to reduce waste.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, brand name "Sevend6 Apparel Co," "Sevend6," graphics, text, and images on this site are the property of Sevend6 Apparel Company and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs for any commercial purpose without prior written permission. Purchase of a garment is for personal use only.
DMCA: If you believe any design infringes your rights, email info@seven6.com with your contact info, proof of ownership, and link to the item. We will review and remove if appropriate within 48 hours.
4. Products, Pricing & Orders
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and sizing charts. All prices are in USD and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms. Order acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund/Replacement Policy are part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
