All Sevend6 Apparel Company products are made to order. We don't keep racks of pre-printed shirts in a warehouse. Your item is printed just for you by our third-party production partners after you order. It takes a little longer, but it reduces waste and lets us offer more designs.

1. Production Time (Before Shipping)

This is the time it takes our print partners to make your item.

Standard Production: 2-5 Business Days

• Most t-shirts, hoodies, and hats: 2-3 business days
  
• Peak season (Black Friday - Jan 15) or new drops: up to 5 business days

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

2. Transit Time (After Production)

Once printed, this is how long the carrier takes.

Total Delivery Time for Sevend6 Apparel Company = Production (2-5 days) + Transit (3-5 days)

Typical US order: 5-10 business days from order to door.

3. Where We Print & Ship

Sevend6 Apparel Company uses a global network of third-party printers, including Gelato, with 100+ facilities in 30+ countries. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you for faster delivery and lower carbon footprint.

We ship to:

• All 50 US States 

4. Split Shipments

If you order 3 different items from Sevend6 Apparel Company (example: a black tee, a white hoodie, and a hat), they may be printed in different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days with separate tracking numbers.

This is normal for print on demand. You are only charged shipping once per order, not per package.

5. Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number is sent to the email you used at checkout once your order ships.

• Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show movement
  

If you did not receive tracking within 6 business days, check spam, then email us at info@sevend6.com with your order number.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, destination, and service level.

7. Address Changes & P.O. Boxes

Please double-check your address at checkout. We send orders to production within 1-2 hours and cannot change or cancel an order once it is in production.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delayed: If your US tracking has not updated in 7 business days, contact us.

Lost: A package is considered lost if:

• US: No movement for 10 business days after shipment
  

We will file a carrier claim and reprint and reship your order at no cost.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives torn or crushed, please send a photo of the packaging and the item within 48 hours to info@sevend6.com We will reprint and reship free once the damaged item is received.

Marked Delivered but not received: Carriers sometimes mark early. Wait 2 business days, check with neighbors/front office. If still missing after 5 days from delivery scan, email us at info@sevend6.com

9. Expedited Shipping Notice

Expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit only, not the production time. Production still takes 2-5 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, even with expedited.

If you need an item by a specific date, email us before you order.
